Mysore is personal yoga instruction.
Yoga was always intended as a personal practice. In Mysore, you develop personal practice by working one-to-one with your teacher within a small group. Our students include raw beginners all the way through advanced. You are welcome here, we always adapt the practice to the individual.
*note: your initial practice will least about 45 minutes consisting of guided yoga, breath work and meditation. Over time, you will learn a personal practice that can be performed at home, while traveling or within the Mysore room.
