Diaphragm release & Nauli Kriya

Any meaningful work in yoga and fitness begins with the breath. This sequence dubbed the gut buster is an excellent way to begin working with the muscles of respiration, especially the diaphragm. Spend just a few minutes in the beginning and gradually increase duration. Not only will your breath deepen, you should notice better mobility in the hips and back. Have fun!
