Intro to Ashtanga Yoga
If you are new to Ashtanga Yoga, this is a great place to start. You will learn the basics; breath and movement, sun salutations, standing and seated sequence with modifications where needed.
And together with background information of Ashtanga as a Yoga Practice, at the end of the Workshop you will be able to attend the daily classes at MYS or practice your Yoga at home.
